  1. How long will the delivery take?

Hawft deals with Fashion Accessories, Jewelry, Rings & related products. The delivery time depends courier service. Mostly it takes only 3 to 5 working days to be delivered to you door step.

  1. What are the delivery charges?

We offer Free Delivery above the order of 1500 to let our customers enjoy our products to the fullest. 

  1. Do I receive an invoice of my order?

Yes! You will receive an invoice via email. If a customer requests to send an invoice in hand, we will also send them to your doorstep. 

  1. What are your return and exchange policy?

We have a very rigid but reliable return and exchange policy. We are responsible if our customer receives wrong, broken, or damaged products. Thus, customers can claim a return, exchange, or even refund in these circumstances. Remember, there are certain terms in our exchange policy, i.e., customers should inform and claim within 3 days after delivery. For further details, you can read our complete return policy.

  1. Is there any Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available. 

  1. Can I change or cancel my order anytime?

Customers can cancel or change an order within 24 hours until the order does not go to processing. Once the order status changes from “pending” to Processed”, we do not give you the option to cancel it. 

  1. Do you have a store?

Hawft is an e-commerce store in Pakistan, so we do not have any physical stores anywhere. You can access our entire inventory by simply exploring our collection online. However, our head office is located in Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.

  1. When will my order be delivered?

When you place an order, we give you an estimated delivery time. We make sure that it will get delivered within the provided delivery time. However, our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. 

  1. What are the payment options?

We offer various payment modes to ensure customers’ ease. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available but you can use other available billing modes. It includes Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, Bank Transfer, Cash, Debit/Credit Card and, etc. Customers have the liberty to choose any payment method at their convenience. 

  1. How do I place an order?

There are three ways to place an order. First, put your favorite product into your cart, and place your order. Second you can check out by entering your required information. Thirdly, you can simply contact us on Whatsapp or by email and ask us to place an order directly. We will take all the required information and proceed with your order.

  1. Are the prices on Hawft Flexible?

The prices of all products are fixed. However, if you want us to import international products, the prices may fluctuate according to Dollar Rate, Tariff charges, shipping, customs duties, or other charges. Don’t worry because we have made a smart pricing formula for international products to make international shipping easier for you. 

  1. Do you accept orders of international brands' Jewelry?

Yes! You can order your favorite jewelry piece from any international jewelry brand or international website. The only limitation is that the chosen website should be USA-based or UK based. Most customers like the collection of jewelry at Aliexpress, so we allow them to import their desired jewelry from AliExpress too. If you want to avail this facility, you only need to share your required product with us. You can send the URL of your chosen jewelry item on WhatsApp or by email, and we will import it for you. The international orders will take 3 to 4 weeks to get delivered. 

  1. What if I place duplicate orders?

If you mistakenly place two orders, our representative will cancel one and process the other. Make sure that you cancel it before it proceeds. Once the order status is changed to Processed, you cannot cancel or change the order. 

  1. Do You Offer Repair Services for Jewelry?

No! We do not repair products. We are an online jewelry store that only sells premium quality products at the best prices.

  1. How long will I have to wait for a refund?

Once you claim a refund and send back the product to us, wait for at least 5 to 10 working days. We will verify the validity of your claim and then proceed with the refund. The refunded money will be transferred as per your chosen payment method, such as Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, Bank Transfer, Credit Vouchers etc.

  1. Can I send someone a gift from Hawft?

Yes! We can make your loved one feel special with our quality jewelry. You only need to pay the whole amount in advance. We will pack it with all our love and then send it directly to the doorstep of your loved one. 

  1. How do I track my order?

You can simply call us, Whatsapp us, or email us to know the status of your order. Moreover, if you have sign-up an account, you can also check the status of an order from there by entering your order number.

  1. Will the Jewelry be delivered safely In Packaging?

We ensure the safety of delicate and exquisite product with luxurious-looking packaging. Every package comes with a box and flyer. They not only make products safely delivered but also make them look regal and presentable.
